just learned something super cool today! did you know that grapefruit can seriously mess with your meds? like, it can increase the concentration of some drugs in your blood and make them way stronger than they're supposed to be. got this info from a clinical pharmacologist’s article. so if you're taking any meds, might wanna skip the grapefruit juice. stay safe, folks!
