hey everyone, just wanted to share something interesting i learned about today. did you know that grapefruit can seriously mess with your meds? yeah, apparently it can interfere with enzymes in your liver that break down certain medications. so if you're on stuff like statins or some blood pressure meds, might wanna skip the grapefruit juice. always check with your doc or pharmacist to be safe. health is weird sometimes, right? anyway, hope you all have a good one!
