if I ever have kids I'm deploying the "this is whats for dinner, if you don't like it, breakfast is in the morning" method. my grandmother was very formidable when I was a child, a bit scary even but since I've eaten whatever has been put before me, and I've tried all sorts of things I wouldn't have otherwise!
