In consumer your funnel is everything and sometimes you want users to start engaging with your app instantly, before logging in

Now you can allow users to "continue as guests" and create full accounts later - perfect for gaming/shopping apps!

2/ When users onboard via guest accounts, Privy creates a persistent user ID and fully-functioning embedded wallet tied to the user's local storage.

This means if guests return to your app on the same device, they can access their account/wallet.

No login friction required!

3/ Guest accounts are fully upgradeable to logged in accounts by simply calling our login() function.

The userID persists through the upgrade so all account history is preserved.
