An area of opportunity for me is to celebrate small wins. I’m really trying but then I read things like this…

“Despite an increase in women’s representation and expanded company efforts, the workplace has not gotten better for women. Women are far more likely than men to deal with comments and actions that undermine their skills and expertise...”

So today I’m celebrating the progress made and working to translate the frustration into action to give me more to celebrate in the future. 

Hopefully sooner rather than later.
