I've said this to a few people and everyone looks at me sideways: I really want to attend a legal/ethics seminar on defi hacks: 1. How does something get defined as a hack? 2. The code literally allows the hack. Where is the line between intended use and exploit? 3. How are exploits different from back doors? 4. Etc

5. Are there any prev IRL scenarios like defi hacks? If you rob a bank you literally have to break down a door. If you embezzle $$ like Office Space you literally had to change some code. If you flash loan attack a protocol... idk. It's just interesting. We all can see it's wrong. But what actually makes it wrong?
