I participate 10k race today
My avg pace was 6:49 min/km
It is not that fast but my PB🥳

My personal goal is to finish within 70mins and i made it

I started running this 2months ago but so rewarding i highly recommend paricipating 10k race for all the beginners🙌🏻❤️
