I had a main account that I imported the seed phrase on rainbow The I added two wallets on rainbow making three wallet addresses Recently I change my device Tell me why when I imported my first seed phrase it shows I have three wallets connected to it I don’t wanna connect any one of them What if I get hacked It means they will have access to all my wallets

You can delete any addresses you’d like to remove from Rainbow. But if the addresses are all created under the same secret phrase, those 12-words are the only thing needed to recover any accounts created in the same wallet group. Rainbow auto discovers accounts from an imported secret phrase. The secret phrase is used to create the private keys for each account using universal cryptographic standards for bitcoin and ethereum wallets. RE hacking - preventing the compromise of that 12-word secret phrase is important to keep all those accounts secure. The individual accounts can be compromised by sharing the private keys with an attacker. But all accounts in that wallet group will be compromised if the 12-word secret phrase is shared!
