In our chat with @sebas.eth he shared his biggest personal goal with us: being more himself/finding the way back to himself. 

I can relate. As I grow older I feel more and more myself, but it hasn’t always been like this. Whenever I feel like I’m not fully me, I try to ask myself: why am I building this shell around me? what do I think I need to protect myself from? And then try to let go…
