In addition, it seems that the admin may have arrived at this formula by asking an LLM 🥴

Those numbers on the left are largely made up. For example for the EU and Australia they seem to be including stuff like VAT taxes which are applied to all goods and services regardless of origin. High level though, this administration has been proven to lie and BS time and time again, we really shouldn't be taking any numbers like this at face value anyway.
