Dm me if you need anything but in essence your engagement now gives out much more moxie to others. You have a daily “cap” that is very demanding if you try to hit it but it’s not mandatory. 

My thought is that you just look to elevate others in this space on their casts to help them earn moxie but balance it with rl as needed
