With all this talk of people unfairly being banned, let's look at an example of a tipping ring that seems to be going on *RIGHT NOW* that is very blatant and would be obvious to spot if Degen had a dedicated employee or something to sniff this kind of thing out

I'm calling it the South Korean Anime Ring (a thread)

While checking if I was banned from claming last night on a Dune query, I stumbled upon this user,  @inuyasha1 

They seem to be based in Korea, post what seems like headlines from articles in Korean, but don’t have many followers despite a very high rank and a massive tipping allowance and having received and given a massive amount of tips

Here's a translation of one of their posts, again as mentioned, seems just like a headline posted

Now let's see some recent replies of theirs, seems like they respond to @onepunchman1 and @doraemon2 hours ago with a fat tip (notice the anime name + number, same as @inuyasha1 , not even trying to hide the connection)

I wonder what kind of stuff they post about? Wouldn't you know it, also just headlines. This is @onepunchman1 's post above translated. No Value added to the community, no insights, just copy pasted, or even a script they develiped to auto-post here.

I noticed @onepunchman1 tipped someone pretty recently as well, @sawgyboy , aka Light Yagami.

Other than being the main character of Death Note, a famous anime (check), why does this name sound familiar, here on Warpcast?

All this to say, there are OBVIOUS people farming this community.

I spent more time compiling this thread than actually discovering the participants in the anime tipping ring, it took me like 5 minutes of digging around to notice obvious signs of farming, it's quite blatant.

@jacekk please hire a dedicated farmer investigator or something , you’ve created an amazing project that has undoubtedly given an insane amount of value and money to so many people but I think from recent events it is clear there needs to be a dedicated member or team devoted to this so you can continue to steer the ship and delegate tasks like this to people.

Good luck to the team and to everyone here who was unfairly banned - this is nothing but constructive criticism and I hope more people will call out obvious farmers like this so we can be a better ecosystem where artists and creators can support each other without fear of having their tips being ripped away last minute without notice or warning

the rules are easy to follow if they aren't changed mid-season or changed without notifying anyone, I'm fine with limited tip for tips or wtv

these kinds of people being here is just a massive fuck you to people and artists who are here being genuine

no excuse to not have a team of people on the degen crew looking for accounts like this and banning them with the MC of a project as big as degen

Thanks for explaining everything so clearly and making it clear for everyone. The real issue here is that the truth is being ignored, and only the weak are getting crushed under power. In the middle of all this, artists and photographers have suffered, and their work hasn’t been respected at all

the degen team should be at least 10 people with the amount of money that has flown through the project

Having a few people dedicated to checking whether these kinds of rings are happening where there isn't even art or anything valuable being added is clearly necessary

None of the real farmers got banned I guess:)

I’ve clearly seen such kind of farms throughout the last seasons and I’m sure the DEGEN team could have easy access to the data
But maybe they’ve preferred their project to go in such a way :)

I locked 1M Degens , do u know what does it mean ? If u check all of my claims from szn 2 , you'll find out I held them all !!! I didn't sell my degens for a year and they prefered to name me scammer / Farmer ...
