This is one page from a declassified instruction manual for astral projecting, mind expansion, having an out of body experience and traveling forwards or backwards through time with your mind alone. According to the document, you are to say these affirmations to yourself in your head before beginning each step of the process. I rather like it just for life in general, and found it very interesting to see such things in a secret government document.
