Institutional capital can now feel comfortable LPing in Uniswap v4, knowing that their counterparties went through KYC. 0x users who have a Coinbase Verifications credential will automatically tap into the liquidity from these pools. The first organic trade already happened nearly 2 weeks ago!

Is KYC sourced liquidity ontologically superior to non-KYC liquidity? Don’t quite understand the perspective here.

Not really. This just means that KYC'd users will get better pricing because the KYC'd pools will also be included in our routing. Some institutions will only provide liquidity if they can guarantee that their counterparty is KYC'd, and they can conceivably LP in size.
