just an observation on $ANON lore — it seems like there was some frustration around its inception (the timing, distribution, etc) but let's be honest — $ANON could *only* ever be created anonymously and fully distributed immediately. for its creation to be planned by a known individual would destroy the narrative. this was the only way. i'm sure @supercast can have its own token for its members at some point, but the true $ANON could only ever exist anonymously.

You may not like the way the levers have been pulled, but just the fact that humans engineered a monetary system that *has* levers to pull is an amazing accomplishment. Going back to a lever-less monetary system isn't a futuristic form of money. We can (and will) do better than both.

As you paint the portrait of your life, every stroke counts — not just the latter ones. Be yourself today — don't mimic others now with plans to be yourself later. Tell your own story starting today. It's the only thing you leave behind.

Things make a lot more sense when you realize people in tech never really grow up. And that includes you (me).

Wheels win. I'm sorry, but the idea that robots of the future will be just like humans is very midcurve. It's a shame so much capital and focus is spent on building them these days. Planes don't flap their wings. Boats don't use flippers. Fixed airfoils and propellers are much, much better at accomplishing their intended goals. The idea that human-like feet and hands are ideal is anthropocentric and not very creative. Fulfilling 1950s visions of the future isn't ideal in all cases. Build things that are better than the status quo, don't just make more of the status quo. Evolution is iteration. https://x.com/YouJiacheng/status/1856348276901196236

Going from generic responses to high quality answers with an LLM / AI agent can be very challenging and time consuming due to the extremely high leverage an input has on the output. Clean data + accurate context + key prompt terminology increases answer quality by orders of magnitude. Those who spend the time and capital on maximizing response quality like this will have major advantages over competitors. https://x.com/jxnlco/status/1856396997785182298

Ethereum is dominant and it's already playing on hard mode. Ethereum isn't going anywhere — it's going everywhere. https://x.com/JimmyRagosa/status/1856403161428242942

Eric puts this eloquently in mathematical terms: “this is high mean, high variance, negative skew, high kurtosis. . . this is a low confidence forecast of an amazing spring day with a bit more than a slight chance of apocalypse.” https://x.com/EricRWeinstein/status/1856049662501028197

In aerospace terms, Beam Chain is like building Starship, except if you have a RUD in production, hundreds of billions of dollars could be lost and the entire ecosystem if not most of the industry destroyed. I think 5 years is pretty reasonable. https://x.com/0xcygaar/status/1856363135633863043

This would change the strategies of a huge chunk of the industry, and eventually turn ethereum mainnet into a monopoly. Hoping this is true.

Contrarian take in Web3: AI isn’t ready to be run on decentralized protocols. It’s too young, requires too much compute, and the pace at which decentralized protocols can be updated is too slow for this nascent stage of broad AI applications. Of course AI should use decentralized protocols (have wallets, submit transactions, store data onchain, etc.) but all new technologies need to go through a period of centralization where builder control is high in order to fully discover itself. Decentralized protocols are for the open standardization of what is already known.

Everyone who says the Ethereum stack (including Base) will not be participating in peak bull mania must not have been around last cycle. Just because DeFi was more logical than memecoins doesn’t make the Ethereum token mania any less bull. It will happen again.
