Have been using X genuinely since 2018. Last December I upgraded to Premium and paid subscription for a year and within two weeks of upgrade, my account was suspended for no reason. Now the amount paid for the year is gone. Not even a single response from Twitter support. Have been sending follow up emails for the past three months.
