oh so sorry i missed your question.  i wasn’t using the best wallet and it has two parts, the wallet and the vault. you need both to scan QR’s to create and sign transactions. at some point I obviously wasn’t made aware of, air gap introduced secrets and i never created one bc i wasn’t reminded or told it’s necessary and based on the error message, the qr scanner on the vault can not recognize or scan my addy 

and ofc i dunno where my seed phrase went lol
