James Blake’s effort towards paywalling with Vault seem promising. 

I could see NFTs becoming a token to access that exclusive content

I’m still gliding off 2 espresso shots from earlier, so why not:

Paywalling feels like the temporary winning model for music NFTs. 

Once the tipping point occurs (widespread industry consensus of “streaming bad, purchasing good”), hopefully some services come along to compile audio oriented nfts into one central hub for listening, likely a wallet, then people will care more to fill their player & collect music via nfts.
