1. Through channels I frequent or if someone interesting me follows me first

2. Being exposed to people who have signals as I do (bio keywords, NFTs, mutual followers, etc)

3. Keywords in bio 1000%, then “also followed by” if they’re not new users

Keywords in bio! I’ve been the first follower for several new users solely because I liked their bios

for #3, what would get you to follow a new user?
