With an audience of 120 people i would normally spill all my thoughts but i feel very conscious about what i post here, considering it’ll be onchain forever

I'm not sure that's true, is it? Messages from accounts are stored according to available storage and lost thereafter. They can also be deleted and replaced with a tombstone, or so I thought. Can you point me to where I'd be wrong?

It’s all offchain since messages don’t ever interact with blockchains. https://docs.farcaster.xyz/learn/architecture/overview

Lens was almost like this a few years ago where every post required a transaction signature, but they since switched to a much more usable and offchain way of storing messages.
