Tea! Many of them still have caffeine but if you wanna ease off instead of stop cold turkey, try green tea. Green teas are high in L-theanines which makes the caffeine release muuuch slower and gradual so you don't get jittery or anxious, as well as some health benefits. Black tea has L-theanines too but not as much, so it's a more concentrated caffeine release yet still softer than coffee. More notes here https://warpcast.com/sdv.eth/0x314a2364
