The best way to get a quality following is by just replying to people you find engaging. Chances are they’ll follow you back at some point or another.

There’s tons of channels out there and you can probably find niche interests and quickly connect with people. This works especially well in smaller channels.

You can also do some classic engagement baiting and get easy but low quality followers.

Doing this may hinder the core farcaster experience which has always been more meaningful dialogue, though that’s a bit harder to see with recent explosive growth.

All this to say, don’t overthink it and just be yourself.
