Stop hiding in your shell and pretending to be strong. Stop trying to “look strong” and start trying to “be strong". Nothing hurts you more than your own unprotected thoughts. The moment you make the decision to get out of your current lukewarm state, your growth begins. If you can take one step forward, you can take the next step forward. Let's take one more step forward than we did yesterday. Because I only think about reaching my goal in the shortest route, I quickly become frustrated and give up when I hit a wall. Look for the best route, not the shortest route. It's okay to take a detour!
