A decentralized stability protocol based on chaos theory. Small interactions evolve systems, resulting in stability and increased entropy, allowing for protocols that need to maintain constant values to remain stable despite a changing environment.

The protocol uses a neuron-based architecture which involves a network of interconnected "neurons" or smart contracts to communicate and coordinate with each other.
