🔸 Eligibility: On-chain participants who hold 200+ Scroll Marks before the snapshot date (October 19, 2024, 00:00 UTC) will receive a portion of 40 million $SCR (4% of total supply).

🔸 Equal Rewards: 1% of total supply (10 million $SCR) will be distributed equally to all eligible participants.

🔸 On-chain Rewards: 0.5% of total supply (5 million $SCR) will be distributed to participants who meet certain conditions, such as holding ENS names or donating on Gitcoin/Juicebox.
