If you are a member of a DAO on Nouns.Build we want to get your opinion! A proposal for an escrow approach to paying props using SmartInvoice with a milestone based approach to releasing funds with a prop update. (links to draft prop and more info in replies)

The release delegate in the Escrow Milestones proposal is a representative of each DAO trusted to sign-off on completion of the milestones as described.

In /builder case, this can be the Ops @safe or we can spin up a techpod QA @safe that the DAO can manage. It can be updated at any time by the DAO.

The DAO would be a fallback if no delegate is selected. This setup requires a proposal to release milestones, but you can also batch releases across milestones and proposals.
