What if Web3 loyalty didn't use points, but used segments

A segment can be any true/false statement (membership, purchase, follow)

As a user falls into more segments, different permissions are unlocked 

Ex. 25% off = [membership = true AND  follow = true] 

This may provide a more authentic/sticky loyalty experience
