RTIP-2: Prioritize V2 Users for Airdrop TL;DR 99.9% of the airdrop recipients haven't used our V2 perp aggregator. The proposal is to adjust the airdrop to reward: 1. Maybe I'm old, but I remember when ETH maxis would criticise SOL dApps for being 'closed source'. here is nothing special about Solana or its technical stack. The reason for its success is that it 10x'd in price over the last year. It 10x'd because it was consensus to be short $SOL in 22-23 (post SBF/FTX). $SOL holders got rich and invested back in $SOL ecosystem tokens. Those tokens 10-100x'd. Then those devs/bagholders got rich. Now they come on here and virtue signal about rust, anchor, firedancer, parallelization, SVM, or EVM fragmentation. But the average meme punter couldn't tell you the difference b/w SVM or EVM. The short OI that SBF created has more to do with Solana's success than any of its technical stack.
