Will BRCFi save /bitcoin? The security of the network is paid for with fees and the issuance. Since fewer BTC are being issued, and the majority of bitcoins are traded on exchanges (without fees for miners), could projects like Rune guarantee the necessary fees for the security of a Bitcoin worth millions of dollars?

To me the question is, why would you build any of that on the Bitcoin network instead of any other?
