Although I agree with your entire sentiment, I have a question- How do you approach yourself to tell yourself these things? I have found that even though I might see both sides and agree with the 'echos' its good to challenge them from time to time. For me, wording it as a challenge without confrontation becomes difficult from time to time.

Ehh I think I fr get what you mean though.
