If you have 10k degen in your connected wallet (you can connect it under settings -> verified addresses) and min. 3 casts it takes up to 48 hrs to be eligible for a daily allowance that you can spend to tip others. You can just type amount $degen to tip. Hope this helps.

You can check yours on degen.tips or use one of the frames that are casted here by users to check your own. 
Tip points are not the actual degen token but can be claimed for $degen at the end of the season.
