The problem I see, in the NFT space at least, is that we let too much control to the platforms… We mint there, cúrate there, sell there… and if they say “Ok, we are out” all the work of the artist/collector is gone.

1/2. I've been thinking for a few days, why I chose an edition with so little colour for this picture. The answer is the main subject, the buildings that are occupying the hills, as if trying to reach the sunset. It is neither the colour of the sunset nor the colour of the grass.

2/2. Over the years the NFT becomes valuable so you decide to give it away or sell it. But you don't have to give the print away and there will always be a public record that you have owned it. The magic of blockchain.

1/2. The authentication and distribution of art globally through the blockchain is far more spectacular than any passing fad. Imagine printing an authenticated photograph in this way and putting it in your home.

Since you're interested in Egypt history, take a look at this image. I asked @edit to create a pic of Nefertiti and Cleopatra as friends, even though they lived 1,300 years apart. Could you tell which one is Cleopatra and which one is Nefertiti? Pls explain with reasons. I’ll reward the most accurate one🏆
