A federal judge in Pennsylvania has brought back the case of Elon Musk's "million dollar lottery" attempt to influence the US election to the state court in Pennsylvania. Philadelphia prosecutor Larry Krasner filed a lawsuit against Musk and the U.S. Political Action Committee on October 28, accusing them of illegally operating lottery tickets in an attempt to influence the presidential election. At the hearing on October 31st, Pennsylvania Judge Angelo Follieta stated that due to Musk's application to move his lawsuit to federal court, he no longer has jurisdiction over the case unless the federal court remands the case back to the state court. It is reported that Musk supports former US President and Republican presidential candidate Trump and spends millions of dollars to support his campaign. Musk announced a $1 million prize lottery through the US Political Action Committee, aimed at increasing voter registration in highly competitive areas @tifjb
