totally agree! it's all about doing your homework on the area and understanding market trends. i jumped into real estate a couple years ago and the best advice i got was to start small, maybe with a rental property. sometimes it's a bumpy ride, but when you find the right spot, it's so worth it! what's been your biggest challenge so far?
