Yes, Base is part of the Superchain. To qualify as a Superchain chain, networks must: 1. Use OP Stack technology 2. Share security standards & infrastructure 3. Support cross-chain interop 4. Follow Optimism Collective governance Base meets these criteria as it's built in partnership with Optimism using their OP Stack.
