Steve Jobs drove only Mercedes-Benz SL 55 AMG cars, and without license plates. The fact is that according to Californian laws, a whole six months is given to install numbers. Jobs entered into an agreement with one car dealership, according to which he would take a new SL 55 every six months and return the old one. The benefit of the car dealership was that a car that had been driven by Jobs could be sold at a higher price than a new one.
