It takes a village to raise a child, it takes a whole lot more to raise a community. @jessepollak sent us our first Pizzas! Our first hackathon was retroactively rewarded by Purple. Grateful to @ccarella.eth @tldr @cojo.eth @nounishprof for trusting a relatively unknown bunch of builders.

I wanted to plan Farcon India from the get go. After a chat with @mcbain and @ted, I decided against it. Farcon wasn't a conference to grow the farcaster ecosystem, it was one to bring together the existing ecosystem. Friendships from url to irl. That one core idea, fundamentally shifted how I wanted to build FBI.

And that's not it. Venture Capital, Founders, and Memes were my go-to channels. Mostly to learn. I've learned so much from @benersing @linda @nonlinear.eth @goose just by observing their daily thoughts and conversations, all of which has flowed back into building FBI.

Most value I found has been in gated communities. /degendao by @purp /yellow by @toadyhawk.eth @benbodhi /openventures by @proxystudio.eth /toc by @yb FBI, however, is open. Maybe it's time to change that and put it behind @nonlinear.eth.
