🗞️ The Solana-based project SonicX has launched a Tap-to-Earn game on TikTok, reports Decrypt. The game is built on the gaming-focused Sonic SVM Layer-2 solution and aims to become the “Notcoin” of the short-video platform. 🎮 Developers plan to collaborate with content creators and launch ads that users can click on to open SonicX directly within TikTok. In the game, players can collect points by tapping the screen 🖱️, purchase upgrades to enhance their accounts, and invite friends 🤝. All these activities will influence future airdrops. 🌍 The game world is inspired by the classic Sonic The Hedgehog series, though there is no official affiliation with Sega. Every tap will be recorded on the blockchain, similar to the mechanics of the Aptos-based game Tapos. According to Sonic SVM CEO Chris Zhu, even 1% of TikTok’s audience could bring 10 million users to the project.
