Went through the same thing as you Packy. I solved it by applying this tip that Alex Hormozi tweeted about (if you know who that is) and your basically there right now, you just have to add a couple tweaks. 

Hope this helps. Also another hack is putting your phone in greyscale. It will literally stop you from doom scrolling.
