as requested by @nickyboost : is there any documentation about this potential cancelling points allocation due to periodic inactivity? Not gonna cry or complain that's unfair, just wanting to know the logic as it seems really weird to me, because I had a daily allocation before 🤷♂️

that's what I think as well but the weirdest thing to me is this: As I joined farcaster later, I wasn't eligible for the 1st season airdrop, thus never had the mendatory 10k $DEGEN in my wallet, BUT I was gettting a daily tip allowance of a few hundreds DEGEN a day, and now nothing...

it may feel this way, but I believe it's based on rank, and if the most active pull further ahead while you are away, you drop in rank and lose allocation. So you are not actively punished, but rather outpaced by some who are more active.

feels like the top of the leaderboard is accelerating, I am more and more active and my engagement score is going up but I'm barely treading water in rank 🤷

yeah the more people in, the more diluted and challenging it becomes to higher up in ranks I think it sums up quite well life after all: consistency is key to outperform 👍
