Casting this @sassal.eth take because I think the discussion will be better here. What are your thoughts? Personally, the only thing bothering me is that I don't know the price at which they sold. Optimism has all the leverage in these deals since the buyer is the party that wants the tokens - imo at the very least the price should be disclosed but I'd also like the buyer disclosed. We can make an educated guess on who the buyer was though...

Most people will agree that the price is relevant info not disclosed. The lockup period is there. I'm not sure it can be verified by the community, though. Can it? As for the rest, you mention that "Optimism has all the leverage..." to imply that they could have forced more transparency into the deal if they wanted?
