Geth had 80-90% dominance at time of The Merge almost a year ago Now, Geth is under 50% dominance and we generally have a very healthy client distribution across both the consensus layer and execution layer This is one of Ethereum's greatest and unique strengths

Geth is one of the clients that people run on the Ethereum network. Ethereum values client diversity so the list you see in the pic are most of the clients that can be run on the network. Geth's dominance coming down is really positive because the value of client diversity comes from a good client distribution.

What kind of client is it and does it have a token? Positive because more people joining or because the client is smoother now?

What do you mean "does it have a token?" These clients are software that people run on their machines to power the Ethereum node (full nodes, validators etc). I guess the token could be considered ETH in this scenario? But the clients themselves don't have tokens and never will.
