Even if Friend.tech fails to gain lasting traction, it's still brought many people onchain (specifically onto an L2) and shown that crypto apps can work without needing to be on an app store

It's still quite clunky, but it feels like a 0 to 1 moment for onchain/crypto UX

I highly doubt that that is bringing anyone new onchain

However it’s undeniable that they have innovated on mobile UX - hopefully this unlocks some actual progress in terms of onboarding

Have spoken to multiple people over the last few days who bridged into an L2 for the first time to play with Friend.tech

Though it's still very early days of course so we'll see
