yeah essentially there are 3-4 new whales who have been holding up bids for a long time now (they have 180+ nouns). one has a bidding bot that nobody has been able to beat, natural bidders have been discouraged

and before that a different whale was holding the floor

IMO it's long overdue we let the floor fall, new voices enter the dao, and hopefully we have a compounding network effect that scales us more effective than strictly having more treasury value

interesting, so floor has been “artificially” 2.5ish propped up by single bidder
