Lots of Nounsfolk are having issues with their posts being invisible in this channel due to a lack of an active badge (400+ followers) How fix?

@dwr.eth can we jam on this at some point? I think active badge restriction was instituted to control spam, but seems to be excluding some good community members. Any way to attest to certain people or something like this?
