Should we ask nouns and treasury funds parked in wallets for unrealized props back?

don't think I am the only person who holds this opinion but I suspect it may be the minority: gifted nouns can be treated like equity rather than a mandate to become an active member of governance. that being said, definitely should put it to work through delegation if you don't plan to vote. agree with asking for funds back and probably should continue to name the people holding them for irresponsibly long times

Personally think its a bit bizarre that we say you only get Nouns if you vote with them, we want people to own Nouns for many many reasons governance, social signal, investment, patronage, access etc... I dont see why we should narrow the reasons for those rewarded/gifted via proposal. agree that deleagation is the ideal for non voters. but also I dont think we should expect every noun controller to vote on every single proposal

Totally agree as equity can align and incentivize just like two best examples of this imo of @bobburnquist and @sloppy but also personally should prop include that is for voting the standard should be maintained or reclaimed if effort is not even faked voting in 0 props as alignment not just in props but with nouns is not shown

can we delegate votes with our nouns without giving them up? I thought we couldn't do that. I try to participate but it's not a priority for me. if I spent 30+ E on nouns and someone says I'm not good enough for the project, not sure what to think about that. surely there's a role for people who fund the project anyway 342 $DEGEN for you as thanks for your 6mo on my hypersub
