What would it look like?

that’s a great point, I think you’re right honestly, the value prop as it exists now just isn’t there for most people.

I do think there’s some cool potentialities that could happen one day, and a social layer like farcaster makes the metaverse much more interesting to me, but it’s def not there yet

I think this is very much a stated vs revealed preferences 

I don't think most people want to spend time in a metaverse with a headset for social interactions and other things;  Lots of cool tech but very little adoption/usage.

I think that Meta's Raybans are closer in the sense that it brings in the physical world with digital overlays.
