What is your opinion on US immigration policy? Do you think strict visa restrictions should be relaxed?

Border: I think the recent bill that Sen. Sinema negotiated was better than any proposed reform in years & it’s unfortunate that it didn’t pass due to partisanship.
I support:
-reasserting control of the border to protect local communities from violence and fentanyl
-ending catch & release
-asylum system reform

Visas: I want to see a system that more easily opens the door to the best and brightest from all over the world to come the US legally and contribute to our economy and society.

Medical student with fondness for watching historical series and surfing Wikipedia for historical knowledge.
