This world is a very cruel place for sensitive and emotional people!
What are the characteristics of HSP (highly sensitive) people?
- When they get upset with you
They can't look into your eyes anymore
- The feelings of others affect them a lot. 
- Their first defensive reaction is not to eat when they are upset.
- In their life, the feeling that someone gives them is more important to them than anything else 
- They constantly think about the smallest words and behaviors.
They have rumination
- They are sensitive to being touched by others
In fact, they don't like anyone to touch them
- Generally, they don't go under strong words
- The need to rest and retreat to a dark and quiet room is often seen in these people.
