Yes! I don’t think I had fb til 2007 & I was pretty early in uk (you had to have a uni email & us older folks kept inventing workarounds)

I believe the next wave of companies will be powered by community / Angel investor, DAO contributor, digital public space lover 

I wasn't very keen on getting an FB account back then (I had MySpace and didn't use it much, why another account?). but then someone who was studying in the US demoed FB at a barcamp here in germany. let's say, a tiny bit of envy crept in, haha
